Michelle Tucker’s Tribute Page
She was a daughter to Carolyn and Al, a sister to Lee and Roberta, a mom to Brittany and Justin, a fiance to Adam, almost stepmom to Mars, and a friend to all who met her.
The spirit, child-like joy, and pure love that came from Michelle was like no one else. It was like a 12-year-old sprite was in the body of a 48-year-old woman. But with style!
Michelle started her career in fashion and had a flair for putting things together from the funkiest fashion you ever saw. She could make a rug look fashionable, and if you saw a few of her things, you would know what I mean.
Her children, Brittany and Justin were the light of her life always. She loved being a mom more than anything in the whole world and it shone on her face like a moonbeam. “I love you to the moon and back”, she would say.
She was my sidekick when we started ScrubzBody first in my kitchen, then in my garage. She helped build out our first 2 shops. How I wish she could have seen our Farmingdale store.
It was her idea for “Make Your Own Scrubz” Parties at ScrubzBody and every party we host has her vibe attached.
Michelle was engaged to Adam after years of love and friendship.
Michelle, Lee, and I hiked to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2009 and then went on safari. It was 12 of the best days of my life. Then, in 2012, we hiked around Peru. While Lee and I trekked to Machu Picchu, Michelle went off to have a Shaman experience. It was life-changing for her!
Michelle was the raffle queen for our Breast of Everything Fundraiser and for 10 years in a row, she made everything look incredible and valuable and worth bidding on. We raised almost 250K for breast cancer research in those 10 years and had fun doing it with our friend, Shari.
She was loved! She was looked up to. She was adored. She is missed every minute of every day!!
